MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Psychrament Spiritual Center / Private Association Membership Agreement
Introduction:
Psychrament provides specialized services exclusively for the members of this Private Spiritual Center. By becoming a member of Psychrament and participating in any associated websites, social media groups, or activities initiated, maintained, or organized by Psychrament, I agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth in this Membership Agreement.
Objective:
Psychrament Spiritual Center serves as a platform for its founders, board members, consultants, agents, and Private Members to engage in private business and interactions. This agreement safeguards the confidentiality of such activities, ensuring they remain within the private domain under the protections of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the United States Constitution, and other relevant laws and principles, including the Law of Nations and Natural Law.
Rights and Freedoms:
Psychrament affirms the sacred rights granted to all individuals under the guidance of Natural Law, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United States Constitution, and state constitutions. Members are guaranteed freedom of religion, speech, petition, and assembly, as well as protection from unreasonable search and seizure and the right to exercise other unalienable rights as recognized by these principles.
Freedom of Association:
Psychrament exercises its right to "freedom of association" as recognized under the UDHR, the United States Constitution, and other governing documents. As such, all ministry activities are conducted within the private domain, beyond the jurisdiction of external government entities or agencies.
Member Rights:
Members have the inherent right to choose from among other Private Spiritual Center members for guidance, advice, and support on matters including education, health care, legal concerns, and other areas of mutual interest. This support is freely exchanged within the private domain.
Member Freedoms:
Members are entitled to select therapies, services, and treatments they consider appropriate for their well-being and to engage in other private business activities in accordance with their personal needs and preferences.
Mission:
The mission of Psychrament Spiritual Center is to facilitate a secure environment for members to engage in private interactions and exchanges, ensuring their rights are preserved under the protections afforded by the Constitution and other legal principles.
Membership Recognition:
Psychrament recognizes as members all individuals who agree to the terms of this agreement and participate in ministry activities or groups. Membership is inclusive, provided individuals have not been excluded or sanctioned by the consensus of the Psychrament board of directors.
Membership Termination:
Membership may be terminated by the Psychrament board of directors or their designee if a member’s actions are deemed detrimental to the principles or operations of the spiritual center.
Jurisdiction:
Psychrament operates as a private entity under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. It is therefore outside the jurisdiction of government agencies regarding disputes or grievances involving members. All such matters will be resolved internally through a designated committee or tribunal.
Membership Agreement:
By joining Psychrament, I acknowledge the following:
(A) I voluntarily shift my status from a public individual to a private member.
(B) My activities within Psychrament are private and are not to be disclosed to local, state, or federal agencies. I agree not to pursue legal action against other members unless there is evidence of a clear and present danger and such action is approved by the Psychrament board of directors.
Governing Law and Venue:
This agreement is governed by equitable principles and laws respecting religious freedom. Members agree to resolve disputes in good faith and, if necessary, submit to arbitration or adjudication through a neutral, third-party organization, that Psychrament will make available upon request, which specializes in this work.
Declaration:
I affirm that I am entering this agreement of my own free will as a private individual. I do not represent any government or regulatory agency, and I agree to refrain from actions that infringe on the privacy or property of others. Violations of this agreement may result in liability for damages as specified herein.
Acknowledgment:
I confirm that I have read and understood this agreement, that all my questions have been satisfactorily addressed, and that I accept the terms of membership. I understand my membership may be revoked if I engage in harmful or disruptive behavior toward other members.
